General
By requesting a commission, the commissioner agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.All commissions are for personal use only
Comissions may not be resold as comercial use, stickers, prints, N/F/Ts, etc.
If you want a comercial use of my artwork must be discussed wich may alter the prices.Publication
I reserve the right to publish the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials.
If the client wishes to keep the commission confidential, they must indicate this at the time of the request.Reposting
The comissioner is allowed to repost the commision wherever they like as long as it is credited to me.
Refunds
If the sketch is sent, partial refunds are available.
+ Refunds will not be given once the sketch has been approved.
Any significant changes after the initial sketch approval may incur additional costs.
Art Style
The commissioner understands my style will alter, vary, or change. They understand I improve my skill and apply studies to expand my knowledge in art.Wait time & delays
The commissioner understands they could be waiting for up to 2 or 3 weeks for progess on their commissions.
